Correction: Solar Trust Bankruptcy-Blythe story

BLYTHE, Calif. (AP) – In an April 3 story about the impact of Solar Trust of America seeking Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection, The Associated Press erroneously reported Solar Trust had received a $2.1 billion federal loan guarantee. The company withdrew from the Department of Energy’s Loan Guarantee Program in August 2011 and the company didn’t get any taxpayer funds.
