Police in Ohio: Boy, 13, fatally shot brother, 10

CLEVELAND (AP) – Cleveland police say a 13-year-old boy shot and killed his 10-year-old brother with a handgun while handling the weapon at home.
Police spokesman Sgt. Sammy Morris said the boy was handling the weapon Monday morning when it fired, hitting the younger brother in the abdomen. He was taken to MetroHealth Medical Center, where he died.
The older brother was taken into custody by officers, but no immediate charges were filed.
Authorities did not immediately identify the boys or release further information about the circumstances of the shooting.
