CHARDON, Ohio (AP) – Funeral services are set for the three teenagers killed in shootings at a northeast Ohio high school.
Two other students were seriously hurt in the shootings Monday at Chardon High School, about 30 miles east of Cleveland.
Visitation is scheduled Friday in Eastlake for 16-year-old Daniel Parmertor, with a funeral Mass set for Saturday morning.
Visitation is planned Monday evening in Chardon for 16-year-old Demetrius Hewlin, and a funeral Mass is scheduled Tuesday morning. Visitation for 17-year-old Russell King Jr. will be Wednesday, and his funeral service is Thursday morning in Chardon.
Charges were filed Thursday in juvenile court against the 17-year-old suspect, T.J. Lane. It’s the first step in proceedings that could see him charged as an adult and facing the possibility of life without parole if convicted.
