PHOENIX (AP) – In stories on Jan. 1, Jan. 8 and Jan. 22 about former Rep. Gabrielle Giffords and the Tucson mass shooting, The Associated Press erroneously reported that suspect Jared Lee Loughner had been diagnosed with bipolar disorder. Court records say that he has been diagnosed with schizophrenia and had symptoms of depression.
