YORK SPRINGS, Pa. (AP) – Prosecutors won’t bring charges against a central Pennsylvania man who they say accidentally shot and killed his wife inside a gun shop last summer.
Adams County District Attorney Shawn Wagner says there was no criminal intent when Robert Klepic accidentally discharged a handgun inside a York Springs gun shop, killing his wife, Beverly.
Beverly Klepic died at a hospital after being shot in the abdomen.
Wagner says he based his decision on a review of a state police report and the autopsy. He says Robert Klepic cooperated with the investigation.
