PHOENIX — The westbound lanes of the Loop 101 Agua Fria Freeway at 67th Avenue reopened Thursday evening in north Phoenix after a closure, transportation officials said.
The freeway reopened after just over two hours, but the right lanes and on-ramp at 67th Avenue remained blocked for nearly an hour before all lanes were eventually cleared.
The closure was caused by a crash, and eastbound lanes were unaffected, according to the Arizona Department of Transportation.
Motorists were advised to seek alternate routes and expect delays.
