PHOENIX — The Picklr, a fast-growing national pickleball chain, is set to open its first Arizona facility next weekend.
The new Scottsdale venue is scheduled to open on Oct. 26. It will offer fully fenced indoor courts with outdoor-style court surfacing.
Amenities will include 12 courts and one “skinny court,” individual showers and lockers, a full pro shop, private event space and a “pre hab” experience where members will find a pregame warm up and postgame recovery exercise space.
“The pickleball community here will now have the best-in-class indoor pickleball experience offered anywhere,” COO and owner Missy Allred said.
The new venue is located at The Pavilions at Talking Stick shopping center in the former Conn’s Furniture space at 9190 E. Talking Stick Way.
“Our state-of-the-art clubs with all-inclusive, one-price memberships, our optimal play environment and our unmatched programming for all ages and levels truly make The Picklr your best choice for indoor pickleball,” said Dr. John Allred, founder and chief executive officer of franchisee ATP Pickleball LLC.
What is The Picklr grand opening schedule?
The grand opening event will feature activities from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., including:
- All day open play
- Play with an Instructor
- Food trucks and a drink truck

Limited founders membership is available prior to grand opening. It gives members access to all of chain’s locations nationwide.
