Thai Chili 2 Go to open 12th Valley location in Scottsdale later this month

PHOENIX — Thai Chili 2 Go is set to open its 12th Valley location and the second in the Scottsdale area later this month.
The restaurant which focuses on quick-casual, pick-up and delivery Thai cuisine is located in the EDGE shopping center at 90th Street and Loop 101 and will open Oct. 18, according to a press release. (UPDATE: The opening has been pushed back until Oct. 24.)
Thai Chili 2 Go is open Mondays through Fridays from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. and 12 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays.
“Our format is designed to provide on-the-go diners with delicious authentic Thai food and we’re proud that our concept continues to be so popular,” Akshat Sethi, owner of the restaurant, said in the release.
“Providing our guests with Thai cuisine made with the highest quality ingredients in a convenient, safe and low-contact way is something we take very seriously, and we look forward to serving customers in our new location.”
The menu includes dumplings, two varieties of Thai hot and sour soup, Pad Prig Pao, Pad Thai, Red Curry, Panang Curry, Drunken Noodles and Thai Chowmein.
Options for vegan items as well as the level of spice for the dishes are also available.
The restaurant in celebration of the grand opening will give a free entree to the first 50 guests beginning at 11 a.m. on Oct. 18, according to the release. Those who arrive after will get a free order of dumplings with the purchase of an entree during the grand opening day.
Thai Chili 2 Go also has locations in Tempe, Gilbert, Phoenix, Chandler, Mesa and Queen Creek.
