PHOENIX – A Scottsdale property that recently hit the market is looking to become the most expensive house ever sold in Arizona.
The 17-acre estate in the exclusive Silverleaf community was listed last month with a whopping asking price of $32 million.
That’s $6 million more than the next most expensive current Maricopa County listing on Realtor.com.
Another Silverleaf home set the state record in March 2018 when it sold for $18.8 million.
The new blockbuster listing is for a 15,534-square-foot house built in 2005. It has eight bedrooms, 10 bathrooms and a 10-car garage.
The mansion has its own private entry gate in the gated, guarded community and a backdrop of the McDowell Mountains and Windgate Pass.
The property has flowerbeds, water features and green spaces blended with desert landscaping.
And for the active potential buyer, it also has a pool and indoor basketball court and isn’t far from the Sliverleaf Country Club golf course.
