PHOENIX — Healthy grocer Sprouts Farmer’s Market is set to open a store to replace an old store on July 21 in Phoenix, the company announced on Thursday.

The new store will be located at 4201 W. Thunderbird Road about three miles from the existing location at the intersection of Peoria and 51st avenues in Glendale.

The Glendale location will remain open until July 19.

To welcome patrons to the new store, the first 200 customers will receive a 20% discount on their first purchase and all shoppers on opening day will receive a free reusable canvas grocery bag.

The company is also holding a drawing on its website for a chance to win a $500 gift card.

The new store is set to feature enhanced décor with new branding to highlight the company’s health-driven array of produce.

Arizona is home to 44 Sprouts locations.

The Phoenix-based grocer operates more than 360 stores in 23 states.

The store will be open daily from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.
