Silver Alert canceled for Phoenix woman with cognitive problems found safe

PHOENIX – A Silver Alert was canceled for a missing woman who suffers from cognitive issues who was found safe in Phoenix.

Teresa Marie Jarboe, 48, was last seen at 5:40 a.m. near 11th Avenue and McDowell Road on Aug. 10, the Phoenix Police Department said.

She has a medical condition which sometimes causes her to be confused, authorities said.

Jarboe is 5 feet, 6 inches tall and weighs 135 pounds. She has brown hair and brown eyes and was wearing red pants and a white sweatshirt that has an American flag on the front.
