Silver Alert canceled for Phoenix man found in car at gas station

PHOENIX – A missing Phoenix man has been found safe Tuesday morning, a few hours after a Silver Alert was issued.

Albert William Kraemer, 82, was located in his car at a gas station in north Phoenix, authorities said. He had last been seen near 32nd and Van Buren streets.

Kraemer has cognitive problems that cause him to become confused and easily lost, the Phoenix Police Department said.

The alert for Kraemer went out around 2:15 a.m. and was canceled by 6 a.m.
