Scottsdale police seeking suspect in break-ins, thefts at storage units

PHOENIX — Scottsdale police are searching for a man suspected of stealing from 12 storage units at a facility last month.

The suspect was seen on video inside the Life Storage Facility near Scottsdale Road and Gold Dust Avenue at around 4:30 p.m. on June 13, police said in a press release.

The suspect was described between the ages of 20-25 with a heavy build, light brown or reddish-brown hair and a beard.

He was last seen wearing a gray hat with a Superman logo, a white long-sleeve T-shirt and black shorts.

The man also appeared to have a tattoo sleeve on his right arm and a skull tattoo on the back of his left calf.

Anyone with information on the case is asked to call the Scottsdale Police Department at 480-312-500 or Silent Witness at 480-948-6377.
