PHOENIX — A luxury neighborhood in Prescott recently completed its largest renovation in its 20-year history.
Talking Rock Ranch has been going through a $10 million facelift over the past three years, according to Scottsdale-based developer Symmetry Companies.
It now has two new club cabins, enhanced amenities, and “elevated dining experiences,” according to Todd Severson, the managing partner at Symmetry Companies.
“With these renovations, we’re elevating the standard for luxury living in Prescott and setting a new benchmark in the area,” Severson said in a Monday news release.
Homes in the community start at $1.55 million. They range in size from 2,700-square-foot floorplans to 4,200-square-foot floorplans.
Talking Rock Ranch is known for its 18-hole golf course that was designed by Jay Morrish, who served as president of the American Society of Golf Course Architects from 2002 to 2004.
What’s new for luxury neighborhood in Prescott?
The two new club cabins are each 3,750 square feet, with an extra 800 square feet of covered patios. They’re designed for hosting friends and family visiting Talking Rock Ranch.
They can accommodate up to four bedrooms, but they can also be used as separate suites. Daily concierge services are also available.
Another big change that came from the renovation is a new dining venue called 1800 Pizza Kitchen. It will serve artisan-style pizzas with locally sourced ingredients cooked in a brick oven.
The upscale pizza joint at Talking Rock Ranch will have fire tables, barn-style doors and open-air seating.
There will also be a new full-service driving range bar and a lounge that provides a cozy retreat where residents and guests can watch sports games, drink coffee or buy treats for their dogs.
The lounge is a part of the Outfitters and Members Lounge, which also includes a space where people can rent kayaks, paddleboards and bikes. It also offers a retail shop that sells outdoor apparel and gear.
