PHOENIX — A Phoenix real estate firm finalized the purchase of a Sedona hotel on Thursday.

Ensemble Real Estate Solutions and Investments bought the Best Western Plus Arroyo Roble Hotel and Creekside Villas for $32 million, according to a press release.

The hotel, located on State Route 89-A in uptown Sedona, has 65 guest rooms, including five oversized rooms, seven two-bedroom villas and a two-bedroom cottage.

“This property originally piqued our interest because of its unique location in uptown Sedona and its proximity to the Sedona Arts Center,” Ensemble managing director and CEO Randy McGrane said in the release. “Now that the purchase is complete, we look forward to being a productive member of the community and a strong supporter of the Sedona Arts Center.”

The hotel will remain under the management of Aimbridge Hospitality and the purchase won’t have an impact on staffing, according to the release.

Ensemble also plans to purchase and display artwork in the hotel from the nearby Sedona Arts Center.

“Having Ensemble purchase the Arroyo Roble Hotel will be a wonderful benefit to our community,” Vince Fazio, executive director of the Sedona Arts Center, said in the release. “We are thrilled with our new neighbors and look forward to many years of productive and creative partnership.”
