PHOENIX — Foodstock, Arizona’s largest food truck event, is back on Saturday at Peoria Sports Complex.

The event, which was canceled for two years because of COVID, will run from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. and offer more than 55 food trucks for families to enjoy, according to a press release.

The trucks will offer $3 samples, a full bar, free bounce houses, splash pad, playground and face painting.

Every vendor on-site will be a local business.

Tickets will cost $5 each while children 12 and under will be admitted for free. Parking also will be free.

Visitors are encouraged to bring a blanket to enjoy a picnic in the field.

All of the proceeds from the gate will help hungry children in the West Valley from the Peoria Diamond Club’s nonprofit program and charities, organizers said.

For more information on the vendors or to purchase tickets, head to the website.
