PHOENIX — The Offices at Chandler Viridian, the city’s tallest multi-tenant building, held its grand opening last week.
The building, owned by international real estate firm Hines, has two tenants who will soon have about 375 employees working at the building, according to a press release.
One tenant is Stantec, a global consulting firm that is merging four Valley offices into this location, making it their third-largest U.S. office.
The other is coworking space Workuity, which has another location in Phoenix.

Stantec is occupying 22 percent of the building (about 51,000 square feet) while Workuity is taking up nearly 20,000 square feet and expects to begin operations in the first half of 2019.
The Offices at Chandler Viridian building is six stories tall with 250,000 square feet of leasing space, 10-foot tall ceilings, a courtyard and a lounge area.
It is located at the intersection of Loop 101 and Loop 202 near Chandler Fashion Center.
The office building is part of the 25-acre Chandler Viridian master plan development, which also includes a Cambria hotel, luxury apartments, dining and shopping venue, pedestrian promenade, dog park, jogging trail and plaza with Wi-Fi access.
“Today, Hines, our trusted partners, the City of Chandler and our new tenants, are celebrating the transformation and growth of this site into a vibrant economic engine, now known as Chandler Viridian,” Chris Anderson, Hines managing director, said in the release.
“We are extremely pleased with how the office building, multifamily, hotel, and retail are woven together to create one of Arizona’s premier mixed-use developments. Hines’ corporate hot air balloon took its inaugural regional flight today, further showing our commitment to Arizona.”
