PHOENIX — The lineup for the 2025 Birds Nest at the WM Phoenix Open is complete after Nickelback was announced as the final headliner on Tuesday.
The Canadian rock band will perform on Feb. 7, a Friday and the third night of the concert series, tournament organizers said.
Josh Ross, a Canadian country singer, will serve as Nickelback’s opener.
Ross is expected to take the stage at 6:30 p.m. before Nickelback’s performance at 8:30 p.m.
When do Nickelback tickets for 2025 Birds Nest go on sale?
Tickets for the show go on sale Friday at 10 a.m.
General admission tickets start at $125 and VIP tickets, which include access to a special viewing area with complimentary food and drink, run at $350.
Prices will increase as the event nears, but tickets are still available for all four headliners of the 2025 WM Phoenix Open as of Tuesday.
Who else is performing at 2025 Birds Nest?
Country singer Jelly Roll will be the opening night headliner on Wednesday, Feb. 5. Fellow country singer Luke Bryan will headline the following day, while EDM group Swedish House Mafia will close out the concert series on Saturday.
The Birds Nest, located directly across from the main tournament entrance at 82nd Street and Bell Road, will open to the public at 3:30 p.m. daily. The space will feature other live music, games, entertainment, food and drink ahead of the performances.
The 48,000-square-foot venue is only open to those ages 21 and up and will close nightly at 10:30 p.m.
When is the 2025 WM Phoenix Open?
Across the street, the annual golf tournament known for its spirited environment will run Feb. 6-9.
Expect to see changes to it after a tumultuous 2024 that saw the entrance gates closed and alcohol sales stopped on the Saturday of the tournament due to public safety concerns caused by ongoing rain and rowdy fan behavior.
The Friday of the tournament resulted in a woman hospitalized with injuries that were not considered life-threatening after falling through the bleachers at the famous 16th Hole.
Overall, arrests and ejections were up year-over-year at the WM Phoenix Open in 2024.
