Man accused of sexually abusing woman jogging at Tempe Town Lake

PHOENIX — A man was arrested Tuesday evening for allegedly sexually abusing a woman jogging at Tempe Town Lake.
Police said officers responded to a call on the north side of the lake around 6:15 p.m. about a man exposing himself to two female joggers.
The victims told police the man had inappropriately touched one of them and exposed himself to both of them.
Police located Alfredo Morales Jr., 46, and arrested him after a foot pursuit.
Morales was charged with two counts each of public sexual indecency and criminal damage, and one count of sexual abuse.
He was also charged with two counts each of assault and kidnapping for causing fear of physical injury.
