PHOENIX — Scottsdale residents have a new option for luxury housing.

7180 Optima Kierland, a 12-story residential condominium tower located near Scottsdale Road and Kierland Boulevard, opened this week.

The tower features a rooftop running track, a heated lap pool with built-in seating areas, spa and a cold-plunge pool.

Other amenities include a sky deck, outdoor theater, fire pit seating areas and an indoor/outdoor yoga studio.

Units in the new complex are already filling up, with more than 70% of the 202 available sold, according to a press release.

Prices for the condos range from the $500Ks to over $2 million.

Tours of model units will begin next week with coronavirus precautions in place.

More information on the units and tower can be found on its website.
