PHOENIX — Police arrested two suspects and seized dozens of guns while serving a search warrant at the Hole in One RV, Boat & Toy Storage facility in Waddell on Tuesday.

The warrant was originally issued to investigate an APS inquiry into stolen power from a nearby power box.

When police executed the warrant, they discovered an underground bunker that contained multiple levels, elevators and a tunnel system concealing 36 firearms, one pound of methamphetamine, cocaine, Psilocybin mushrooms, 200 narcotic pills, $240,000 cash and gold and silver valued at nearly $700,000.

The suspects, 61-year-old Laura Swink and her 35-year-old son Steven Swink II, were booked on felony charges stemming from the original warrant including theft of service charges, criminal damage and obtaining utilities fraudulently.

Hole in One RV, Boat & Toy Storage is located near the intersection of Northern Parkway and Litchfield Road east of the Loop 303.

The Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office requested assistance from the Special Investigations Division to navigate the bunker.

Authorities are continuing to investigate the scene.
