Fire in downtown Phoenix billows smoke across the city Sunday night

PHOENIX — An apartment building under construction in downtown Phoenix went up in flames late Sunday, sending smoke into the air visible for miles.
No one was injured, the Phoenix Fire Department said in an email.
The four-story building near Seventh Avenue and Grant Street was contained at about 11 p.m., fire officials said.
Arizona Department of Transportation cameras on the freeway showed flames and smoke in the area.
About 200 firefighters battled to get the blaze under control.
Fire officials said it was too early to determine the cause of the blaze.
An investigation into the incident was underway.
