Eastbound of Interstate 10 reopen in Phoenix after vehicle fire

PHOENIX — Eastbound Interstate 10 reopened in Phoenix on Thursday afternoon after a vehicle fire shut down traffic, authorities said.
A tractor-trailer burned completely to the ground near Baseline Road, causing the closure.
No injuries were reported.
The freeway was closed for about an hour.
The westbound lanes weren’t affected.
