PHOENIX — Casual dining restaurant Bubba’s 33 is planning to open two new locations in the Valley, one in Goodyear and another in Tempe.

The Goodyear restaurant is scheduled to open by summer of 2024, while Bubba’s 33 is planning on opening its East Valley counterpart later in 2024, according to the Phoenix Business Journal.

The planned West Valley store is set to be 7,500-square-foot restaurant near Goodyear Civic Square by Bullard Avenue and McDowell Road.

The Tempe location will also be 7,500 square feet and is to be situated near Warner Road and Jewel Street.

The Kentucky-based restaurant company said it will look to hire approximately 200 employees for each location, according to Phoenix Business Journal.

Bubba’s 33 has one operating Arizona location near Arrowhead Fountains Center Drive and Paradise Lane in Peoria, which first opened in 2018. It has 40 stores across the country.

The chain hosts a dining room and a garage bar with wall-to-wall TVs. Comfort foods like pizzas, burgers, wings and sandwiches headline the menu with food made from scratch. Its beers are served at 33 degrees.

Bubba’s 33 was founded by the owners of Texas Roadhouse, which has six Arizona locations.
