Avondale police take 2 juveniles into custody allegedly involved in fatal shooting

PHOENIX — The Avondale Police Department have taken two juveniles into custody believed to be involved in a shooting Thursday.
Following an investigation, the police located the vehicle and alleged suspects of the fatal incident that left one man dead.
Officers responded to a shooting near Van Buren Street and Fairway Drive at about 5:40 p.m., the department said in a press release.
Video from the scene depicted a white Chevrolet and the two suspects believed to be involved in the incident.
The suspects were booked on multiple counts in the Durango Juvenile Detention Center.
