PHOENIX — Goodyear police arrested a suspect in the fatal shooting of a man at a parking lot of a Goodyear warehouse on Aug. 9.

Tylen Ricalls, 21, of Phoenix, was arrested and booked into jail on Friday on charges including first-degree murder, second-degree murder and drive-by shooting, the Goodyear Police Department said in a press release on Tuesday.

Additional charges are expected, police said.

Police responded to the warehouse just before 6 p.m. near Thomas Road and State Route 303 after receiving numerous 911 calls reporting a shooting.

Leroy Gibbs, 29, of Buckeye, was found by police in the parking lot with gunshot wounds and was taken to the hospital where he later died.

Ricalls is being held on a bond amount of $1.5 million.
