PHOENIX — Two students at an Arizona high school were arrested after authorities on Thursday recovered a list of potential shooting targets.

Deputies with the Mohave County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday received a report that multiple students at Kingman High School were plotting a shooting.

On Thursday, detectives identified the students, a 15-year-old girl and a 14-year-old girl, and they were immediately suspended from school.

The investigation revealed the students had “relationship issues” and they said they had been bullied by others at the school.

The list, which was recovered from one of the students, had the names of 14 students they planned to target, MCSO said.

No students were harmed and the families of the children on the list were notified.

The students were each charged with one count of making a terrorist threat.

They were booked into the Mohave County Sheriff’s Office.

Kingman is about 200 miles northwest of metro Phoenix.
