2 estates in Scottsdale’s Silverleaf community hit market with record-level price tags

PHOENIX – If you are house-hunting in metro Phoenix and money is truly no object, you only need to visit one neighborhood to check out two of the priciest properties in state history.

A pair of newly built mountainside estates in northeast Scottsdale’s ultra-exclusive Silverleaf gated community recently hit the market with record-level price tags.

The more expensive option is priced at $28 million. Known as “The Aerie,” the 13,617-square-foot home sits on on 1.88 acres and offers seven bedrooms, eight bathrooms and garage space for six cars.

For $24.22 million, you can get an ever bigger lot (4.67 acres) but less square footage (11,556). This one has six bedrooms, 8.5 bathrooms and a five-car garage.

The most expensive home sale in Arizona history is a 15,534-square-foot Silverleaf mansion that went for $24.1 million in October 2020.

However, the record could be even higher before either of the two new listings sells.

Another property – in Silverleaf, of course — was listed earlier this year for a mind-blowing $29.5 million. It’s now listed as contingent, meaning the owner has accepted a bid. The actual sale price won’t be known until the deal closes, so it remains to be seen if it will top the state record.

We want to hear from you.
