PHOENIX — The Scottsdale Quarter is adding nine new options for customers by the spring, with two already open for business, the mall announced.

Beard Papa, a Japanese dessert chain, and The Sanderson Lincoln Boutique recently opened at the luxury hub located at 15059 N. Scottsdale Rd., according to a press release.

A handful of home good stores – CC Patio, Parachute, Purple and urbAna – are slated to open in the spring.

Other businesses coming to the Scottsdale Quarter in the spring months include Pressed Juicery, real estate firm TopComp Homes and a workspace known as Spaces.

“We continue to see strong demand for space as it comes available”, Richard Hunt, general manager at Scottsdale Quarter, said in the release.

“We’re looking forward to bringing new and exciting offerings to our guests.”

Open Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Sunday from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m., Scottsdale Quarter offers more than 80 national and local retail, dining and entertainment options.

The hub is also home to 18 office tenants including Blue Yonder and Apogee Physicians, as well as a park-like gathering space, according to the official website.
