Could terrorists turn to touching off wildfires?

Phoenix -- Al-Qaeda's English language magazine is offering detailed advice on how to start huge forest fires in the U-S with timed explosives and bombs. Former FBI Agent Jack Cloonan was with the Al Qaeda squad in New York and he said he would be surprised if terrorists went with this method of attack.

"They're always aware of what's going on. The question is what do they accomplish by this and I don't believe it gets them to where they want to be. It would affect some houses but I wouldn't think that would be a priority. They've always been interested in bringing the United States to its knees by death and economic devastation."

There were concerns about terrorists touching off forest fires after 9-11. It never happened.
