Main Street Minute: Scottsdale restaurant remodel adds more space

• Health insurer Humana is hosting a two-day job fair at its Glendale office (near 90th and Glendale avenues) from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. Tuesday. The company is hiring for 50 full-time jobs; some could become work-from-home positions. The fair also runs from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Wednesday.
• El Hefe Mexican Restaurant in Old Town Scottsdale has completed a remodel that added 35 percent more seating and a central bar.
