Main Street Minute: Bar opens in Scottsdale

KTAR’s Main Street Minute focuses on local businesses that are hiring, businesses that are opening and events across the community. Each weekday these stories air on KTAR at 7:27 a.m. More information can be found below.

• The Second Story Liquor Bar has opened in Old Town Scottsdale. The bar is located on Third Avenue and Scottsdale Road above the Gelato Spot Café. The bar offers dining and boasts 12 specialty cocktails.

• Arizona State University has launched a a pair of programs that can be completed in one year. The Sandra O’Connor College of Law and the W.P. Carey School of Business will offer a master of legal studies and a master of law (applicants must already be graduated from law school). Athletic director Ray Anderson will be a professor in the programs.
