Main Street Minute: Tech company hiring tax analysts

• A 152-acre facility in Chandler, once home to a Motorola campus, has sold for nearly $52 million to a California company. The site is one of the largest in the Price Road technology corridor. Southwest Value Partners in San Diego bought the property, and planned to develop it.
