SCOTTSDALE — Scottsdale Lincoln Health Network is changing up their name and their brand.
The merger between John C. Lincoln Health Network and Scottsdale Healthcare has been christened HonorHealth.
“Through electronic medical records, a common culture, and a common vision, we believe we can provide stronger leadership in transforming health care for the 1.6 million people in our service area,” said the CEO of HonorHealth, Tom Sadvary.
With the partnership, HonorHealth will offer 3,700 affiliated physicians, 10,500 employees and 3,100 volunteers.
According to Sadvary, HonorHealth focuses on individual health care by addressing individual and social needs.
HonorHealth will include cancer and urgent care centers, as well as a surgical hospital.
Several outreach programs will be offered through HonorHealth. One of the programs, Desert Mission, will serve the community through a children’s dental clinic and its food bank.
“We’re putting our patients at the center of everything we do,” Sadvary said.
