The highest-sitting home on Mummy Mountain was the Valley’s highest seller in February, according to the Phoenix Business Journal.
The 9,500-square-foot house sold for $4 million to Hoomon Simyar, according to the report, which also pointed out that the selling price was up quite a bit from the 2010 sale of $2.6 million.
The Paradise Valley home holds six bathrooms and four bedrooms, along with a heated pool and spa, library, game room, sauna, two elevators and a waterfall. It was built in 2008.
