3 die in rollover truck accident in west Phoenix

PHOENIX — Three people were ejected from a speeding truck and killed before the vehicle landed in a West Valley canal.
All three men were ejected from the truck at 91st Avenue near Camelback Road late Sunday night. Two died at the scene; the third died at a hospital.
Police on Monday identified the men as 23-year-old Erik Sanchez-Valdez,
22-year-old Francisco Hidalgo and 22-year-old Juan Guerrero.
Phoenix police said the driver lost control and the truck went down a dirt shoulder before it stopped, upside down, in the canal.
