At least two arrested outside Phoenix VA before President Barack Obama’s visit

PHOENIX — At least two people were arrested outside of the Phoenix Veterans Affairs Hospital on Friday just minutes before the scheduled arrival of President Barack Obama.
One man on a bike appeared to be intoxicated before he was arrested.
There was no information on the other arrest.
No other details were available.
The president was expected to announce the formation of an advisory committee that will focus on improving the VA’s response to veterans’ needs.
