Our state universities are receiving national recognition for their esteemed business schools.
Arizona State University ranked 30th in the list of Top 100 business schools in the country, the Phoenix Business Journal reports.
ASU’s W.P. Carey School of Business tied for 30th with the business schools at the Georgia Institute of Technology and Ohio State University. The Eller College of Management at the University of Arizona ranked 56th.
It’s all part of U.S. News & World Report’s graduate school ranking system.
The U.S. News rankings are seen by most people as the most accurate way of ranking graduate schools.
Factors that determined a school’s place on the list included a quality assessment; average starting salary and bonus of 2014 full-time students graduating with a master’s degree; and employment rates.
