Go girl! College-educated women outnumber men in Phoenix area

PHOENIX — Phoenix is home to some smart ladies.
The Atlantic reports there are 19.93 percent more college-educated women under 35 than males of the same age in the Phoenix area.
While that’s a high number, Phoenix fell below the median of 29.7 percent in the nation’s 100 largest metro areas.
It seems a lot of smart women (or maybe just a lot of uneducated guys) flock to Riverside, California, where college-educated women outnumber their male counterparts nearly 2-to-1.
Women looking to meet their educational match should consider heading to Ogden, Utah, where just 3.51 percent of women are more educated than men.
