A list of America’s fastest-growing cities recently released by Forbes.com included the Phoenix-Mesa-Glendale sprawl.
Using criteria such as population growth rate and projected population growth rate, job growth rate and metro product growth, Phoenix landed 11th on the list.
The metro area’s population is expected to grow at a rate of 2.13 percent, according to Forbes, while jobs are up 2.9 percent. In 2014, the Valley grew by a rate of 1.54 percent and median pay sat at a healthy $63,700.
