Main Street Minute: Phoenix concert venue hiring security, ushers, ticket-teackers

• Ak-Chin Pavilion is hosting a job fair Saturday from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. The events venue near Interstate 10 and 83rd Avenue needs seasonal and part-time ushers, ticket takers and security workers.
• Walgreen’s wants to hire pharmacists and pharmacy technicians. The drug store chain will be talking to candidates Saturday from 9 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. at the Tempe store near Warner Road and McClintock Drive.
• Samsung’s Galaxy S7 and G7 edge smartphones are in AT&T stores starting Friday. The company said the new devices deliver a high-quality camera, refined design, water resistance and enhanced performance.
