Phoenix makes the list of top 10 cities people are moving to

We already knew Arizona was a great, warm place to live, but now Phoenix is being nationally recognized.

Phoenix is the fifth top city people are moving to, according to CNNMoney.

Phoenix is lauded for its many top employers in the area like Wells Fargo and Intel as well as the city’s median home price of $187,000 and 4.3 percent home price growth forecast.

Phoenix was one of the hardest hit cities in the nation when the housing bubble burst. But now it’s turning around and sun-seeking home buyers are scooping up homes at bargain basement prices.

Also making the cut were Atlanta in the top spot, followed by Tampa, Dallas and Orlando with Phoenix rounding out the top five.
