Main Street Minute: Airline adds Valley nonstop flight to wine country

• Deseret Industries is opening a thrift store in the West Valley. The nonprofit will hold a three-day grand opening March 17-19 that will include live music and giveaways. The store is located near 67th Avenue and Bell Road and will employ 80-90.
• Allegiant Airlines is adding a nonstop flight from the Valley to California wine country. Starting May 26, the low-cost carrier will start flying between Mesa Gateway and Santa Rosa-Sonoma County airport in northern California.
• Phoenix International Raceway and O’Reilly Auto Parts have extended their partnership. The two teamed up in 2010.
