A judge’s decision to allow live-tweeting during the Jodi Arias sentencing retrial has provided instant fact sharing from inside the courtroom at the Maricopa County Superior Court.
Week Seven began Tuesday, Dec. 1. It was the only jury day of the week, but it included dismissal of another juror.
The rest of the days were filled with an evidentiary hearing about defense claims of prosecutorial misconduct.
Three witnesses for #JodiArias are apparently refusing to testify, now that court is open to public/media. Defense wants death off table.

Martinez is done, sidebar. 30 minutes of refusing the answer can't have done the defense any favors. #JodiArias

I do think JSS could do more to encourage DrF to actually answer, though its not her job to try the case or protect the defendant
