PHOENIX — His National Basketball League playing days may be over, but former Phoenix Suns point guard Steve Nash is still cashing some star-level checks.
According to real estate website Redfin, Nash finally sold his Paradise Valley home last week for a little under $3.2 million.
The home sat on the market for years. The Los Angeles Times reported Nash listed the Tuscan-style home in 2014 for $4.15 million.
The 6,500-square-foot home at 6602 E. Indian Bend Road boasts five bedrooms, and five-and-a-half bathrooms. It is located on more than one acre in the Judson Estates neighborhood. The RedFin property listing said the home has three wings — one for mom and dad, one for the kids and one for guests.
The master suite sounds like a slice of paradise — think a kitchenette, complete with a wet bar, a steam shower and a massaging bathtub.
The house also has three natural gas fireplaces, a well-equipped kitchen and a library accessible through a separate entry with a courtyard. Oh, and a wine cellar, if you’re into that kind of thing (we are).
Of course, the home of an eight-time NBA All-Star would not be complete without a basketball hoop and a pool.
Nash took a loss on the property. It was purchased for $3.75 million back in 2004.
