TEMPE, Ariz. — Authorities say two men are accused of committing multiple
acts of trespassing, burglary and criminal damage in Tempe.
Tempe police announced the arrests Friday of 19-year-old Julius Ceaser Garcia
and 20-year-old Joseph Quintero.
They said the two men allegedly threw rocks through windows of a pizzeria and a
church on July 14.
Quintero was arrested at the time on felony charges of third-degree burglary
and aggravated criminal damage to a church plus misdemeanor charges of
second-degree criminal trespassing and minor in consumption.
Garcia was arrested Aug. 12 after police looked into graffiti incidents while
investigating the July burglary.
He’s accused of one felony count of third-degree burglary and one misdemeanor
count of criminal damage-graffiti.
Police said the Tempe Community Action trailer and McClintock High School were
defaced with graffiti.
