Main Street Minute: Valley grocer offers 1-stop Valentine’s shopping

• Need roses in a hurry? Fry’s Food stores all across the Valley will have Valentine’s express tents up through Sunday. It’s a quick way to pick up something sweet for your sweetie. A dozen roses are $19.99 and each store will also carry hand-dipped strawberries, elegant bouqets, stuffed animals and more.
• Jamba Juice is celebrating the opening of its new shop in the West Valley with a Valentine’s-themed family event. It runs Saturday from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. at Surprise Towne Center near Bell Road and Grand Avenue. Guests can sample smoothies or wait for the giveaways.
• Ak-Chin Pavilion is hiring seasonal and part-time positions at a job fair Saturday. The event runs from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. at the pavilion near 79th Avenue and Encanto Boulevard. Openings include ushers, security, ticket takers and concession workers.
