PHOENIX — Traveling by electric car — a very specific electric car — across Arizona just got a little easier.
The eighth Tesla Supercharger station in Arizona has opened, this one in Wickenburg, reported Phoenix New Times.
The carmaker said a free half-hour charge will give drivers enough juice to travel 170 miles. The downtown Wickenburg station will help get a motorist in Phoenix to Las Vegas.
Other Arizona charging sites include Buckeye and Flagstaff.
