Report: Phoenix FD responds to junkyard fire, explosions in east Phoenix

PHOENIX — The Phoenix Fire Department responded to a fire at an east Phoenix junkyard Saturday night.
The first alarm fire was spotted at a junkyard facility near 40th Street and University Drive.
There are reports of several cylinders that have ruptured, according to several local news outlets.
A junkyard is on fire near I-10 and 40th St. Several cars are on fire, reports of explosions.
