PHOENIX — A 21-year-old man accused of both homicide and taking his son earlier this week has been arrested, police said.
Reyes Holguin was wanted for both an April 27th murder and taking his son away from his mother following an altercation.
The child was allegedly taken forcibly near 20th Avenue and Sherman Road in Phoenix and departed from the scene with Holguin.
He was later found by Phoenix Police and the U.S. Marshals and arrested without incident.
Holguin has been charged with second-degree murder and other charges.
